Daily Planner for Student Identified as Having Dyslexia
At least one time per day, student will
- Participate in an Orton-Gillingham lesson for 30 minutes, 1 hour is preferable
During scheduled OG Instruction time, student will do the following
- Orton-Gillingham lesson
OR if RT not available, any of the following
- Read books with their ears on iPod or portable CD player or search for new books on Overdrive app/Manitoba eLibraries account
- Practice typing skills
- Practice “story”
- Experiment with Evernote or other helpful apps
- Record a journal entry or other writing task into Dragon Dictation
- Practice typing for 10-15 minutes: Program of choice (Tux, All the Right Type etc.)

As needed, student will
- use technology to support learning
